Authored, reviewed and presented Technical Design Documents for frontend initiatives, aligning product and engineering on scope before implementation and reducing late-stage rework.
Instrumented frontend observability with Datadog (dashboards, alerts, error tracking) and Pendo (product usage analytics), and ran production incident response through Rootly.

Mill Manager — Multi-Tenant Mill ERP

A multi-tenant SaaS ERP for small-to-medium rice, flour and oil mills across Pakistan and South Asia. Nx monorepo with an Angular frontend and NestJS backend on PostgreSQL, with tenant isolation enforced at the database level through row-level security. Covers double-entry vouchers, inventory and stock movements, product and pack-size handling, processing runs, payroll and reporting, behind a seeded role-and-permission matrix with per-role rate-override limits. Self-hosted on-site with Docker and Caddy over a Cloudflare Tunnel.
